Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 6 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our appointment schedule.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened session or cancellation to avoid delays for other clients.
What to Wear
For your comfort, hygiene, and the optimal performance of the RollShape machine, please wear fitted sportswear that fully covers your skin throughout your session.
Recommended attire includes:
Full-length leggings or fitted athletic pants
A fitted long-sleeve top
Comfortable, form-fitting sportswear
For hygiene purposes, bare skin should not come into direct contact with the RollShape machine.
Please ensure your hair is securely tied back. Keep water bottles and other liquids away from the machine at all times to prevent spills, equipment damage, and potential safety hazards.
Socks Are Required
For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn during every RollShape session.
Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is important to us. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have recently undergone surgery, or have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking a RollShape session and inform our team prior to your appointment.
Your Appointment
To ensure every client receives the full quality of service they expect, we kindly ask that you arrive prepared for your session and follow our studio guidelines. This helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Membership Terms
Memberships and session packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. They cannot be shared, exchanged, or transferred to another person.
All memberships and packages are subject to their validity period and must be used before the expiration date. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless otherwise stated by the studio.
